Of course we ship all orders for free anywhere in the U.S.using the cheapest option between USPS, UPS & FEDEX. DO YOU PREFER A SPECIAL SERVICE? MULTIPLE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT
Shipping Carriers

We work with multiple carriers to assure that your order is delivered “on time.” Current carriers include USPS, DHL Express, UPS and Fedex. For our Free USA Shipping we select the shipping carrier based on your US location and the size of your order. If you request a specific shipping courier of your choice or need product super fast, additional fees may occur. We send tracking information to all orders regardless of the carrier we are using. Please note that USPS and DHL ecommerce does not guarantee their shipping time!.
Veterinary.shop is not responsible for shipping delays since it is not in our hand. If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, you may file a claim with the carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery of your package, only that your package will be shipped.

Handling Times

We ship same business day when order is placed Monday - Friday by 01:00pm Pacific Time. We also ship on Saturdays if order is placed before 10:00am PT. 
This excludes holidays.
Packages
All orders are always packed in a additional Box and might be shipped in a padded envelope.
We do that to ensure our customers affordable pricing and free USA shipping. Please note that all our Products were sent out in perfect condition and are always sealed.
All orders will be shipped in a BOX only. Boxes offer the most protection when shipping products.
