RETURN POLICY

General Information

Before any order leaves our warehouse, each parcel is carefully double-checked for completeness.

If you notice any discrepancies upon receipt, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will replace or credit defective products at our discretion, provided there is no evidence of misuse, abuse, or failure due to prolonged or improper use.

This policy applies only to implants and instruments that:

  • Have been used according to accepted surgical techniques
  • Have been cleaned and maintained properly
  • Were used in accordance with the surgical instructions published by the product manufacturer

Which Items Are Returnable?

  • Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging may be returned for a refund or credit within 30 days of receipt
  • Shipping, tariff, and insurance fees are non-refundable
  • If products have been opened, autoclaved, used in the surgical field, or if the packaging is damaged or missing, a 35% restocking fee will be applied
  • Defective products must be returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), issued by our customer service team
  • All returned items must be in sterile condition and accompanied by a completed Certificate of Sterilization, confirming that the products have not been exposed to blood or biological contaminants

You will receive a template of the Certificate of Sterilization by email together with your RMA#.

Which Items Are NOT Returnable?

  • Implants that have been used, bent, cut, modified, or made to customer specifications
  • Promotional items, giveaways, or free products offered as part of a special campaign are non-returnable and non-refundable. If such products arrive damaged, we may, at our discretion, send a replacement of the same item. Please follow the return process for defective products.
  • Free promotional products are not eligible for return or credit

How to Prepare a Return

  1. Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Fill out the Return Request Form below or send us an email.

  2. Include a copy of your invoice, packing slip, or order confirmation in the return shipment
  3. Ensure all returned items are packed securely and include the required Certificate of Sterilization, if applicable
  4. Include the RMA# on the shipping label
